These days come around all too fast - which is nice sometimes. For me a Saturday means making a BIG pot of soup for dinner and lunch/dinner on Sunday, some fresh bread, doing some baking - currently yoghurt cake, which is kinda like a yoghurt cheesecake on a sponge base. Am getting the hang of sponges, have found it definatly makes a difference using wheaten cornflour vs maize cornflour along with room temp older eggs. ANyways ... i'm off to nap ... here are some photos.
